[EAST] Technical Difficulties in Mail System

Dear players-

We are aware that there have been technical difficulties regarding the Mail System on the East Server not delivering items in a timely manner or at all.

We have addressed this issue and players on the East Server should be able to send and receive mail properly now.

However, it may take an extended amount of time for items lost during the technical difficulties to appear in players' mailboxes.

We apologize for this inconvenience and will provide an update when lost items have been returned.
