Lies. Infra on a r1 str/dex roll only has 3 more max damage than a pally does. The only thing is, pallies don't have rolls so their damage is constant and can switch from melee/range and still maintain good damage while DK is more specialized for the occasion of their roll. Pally's Melee PD is 30% chance to activate while DK is only 20%, however Pally's Magic and Range PD are only 30% delay subtraction while DK is 60% delay subtraction. Arguably, one is better than the other at specific things, but neither is completely better than the other. (Just clarifying some things for you zeke. ) xD
