ya school internets sux. since they don't have good speeds they try to limit what you can do so your internet game doesn't hog all the bandwidth

Well actually, it's because it's Government internet. So were blocked because they think its a bad use of government resources although things like netflix aren't blocked. Being a servant of the gov't I usually feel as if their judgement is highly flawed, but w/e.

Oh and btw 70% of our bandwidth is netflix usage.
