Winz's Note: Here's the rundown in lazy-format:
- - Annual RL Halloween Event to dress up like a Nexon Game char
- - Le Quiz Event Returns (win a PERMANENT, FLAME MARE PET, WOWZERS~!) (My envy for one can finally end, yay x])
- - Ladeca Fishy Fishy (can now make Ladeca Helms and Ladeca Wands)
- - Newbie Benefits (be-a-newbie-today sales pitch?)
- - Current Buggos and Things-that-will-make-you-go-rawr-in-a-bad-way

Ehh xD; The horse's colors are randomized, so good luck getting one that isn't tacky.
