Well you wanted Dirk's signature. Here you go.



To those that didn't hear me talk about it in guildchat, I volunteered at a local "celebrity charity" event where a bunch of famous athletes showed up to play some ping pong as a fundraiser for pancreatic cancer research. Most of the Dallas Mavericks were there, as well as other celebrities, ranging from radio talk show hosts to Nastia Liukin and Carly Patterson (Olympic gymnastic gold medalists), and Lance Armstrong. It was quite an opportunity so I purchased a basketball beforehand in hopes of getting some signatures.

It was better than I expected. We managed to get most of the Mavs to sign the ball, including the coach Rick Carlisle.



I even got a picture in together with Dirk. It was awesome!
