Puzzle Pirates!

Before there was Mabi....

...there was Puzzle Pirates! Miri and Tanz used to be addicts. And then we stopped playing and became addicted to Mabi instead!

But lately, as you all have noticed, Mabi is failing. And Tanz and Mir can't even play because loading up the game is impossible without 30 seconds - 5 minutes of lag (and lets face it, even 30 seconds of lag is no fun).

So we have hoisted up our Piratey flags of doom and created new pirates in the Sage Ocean.

If you by chance feel the need for something to cure your boredom due to *cough cough* college boredom *cough* or frustrations with Nexon and their lack of Mabi win, you should make a pirate too! You don't even have to download the game to play it. And you can find it Here!! (Puzzle Pirates!)

After you initially make your pirate, log out and see what ocean it started you on- you don't find out until you log out and create your account.

Tanz and I play on Sage. My pirated goes by Meursydotes, and Tanz is currently playing Prettygirl.

Ohh I used to want to play, but never did.
Now I've got a reason to play XD

Edit: It keeps putting me on the Malachite Ocean. This would be so much easier if we could just pick our servers :<

And apparently you have to be near someone to add them as a hearty, arrrrgh. XD

Oooh, sounds fun :3 I'll probably try it out this weekend when I can sit at my computer for a decent amount of time... (since I'm typing this on my Nintendo DS)

I tend to forget about messenger lol, and end up deleting people off my contacts if I don't talk to them in awhile (or, more frequently, forget who they are XD)... but I suppose that's the only way we can keep in touch through this game.
I'll make a special "Celion" contact group so if anyone else adds me I can toss you all in one place that's easy for me to remember.

puzzle pirates was fun. But back then to do anything you needed paid account.

Now it seems certain puzzles and things are free on certain days. Idk about anything else, you'll have to ask Mir XD

Mhm. on the oceans that aren't subscriber oceans, you really don't need money to play. they do have games at the inn (card games, etc.) available to play free only on certain days without a labor badge, but you can trade to get doubloons in game really easily now. so it would be pretty easy to keep up with having all the stuff you wanted if you were playing enough.

i just miss the good old days piloting my ship across the ocean. However I hated trying to get a new outfit or weapon because of the time it took -.-

Ya :< I'm experiencing the same thing, it takes a looong time if you want poe without buying them or doubloons. XD
Ah well, at least it's another time-waster for me, and there's a few puzzles I really enjoy doing~

i was pretty good at carpentry on the boat and bilge pumping.

Bilging be me favourite puzzle, arr, but I be keen at sailin' as well.
Not a fan o' the gunnery, whoever designed it should walk the plank! >D
It sucks that you need a crew to do the things that make you the most poe, like pillaging etc.

what times are you all normally on puzzle pirates. If i play consistently it would mostly be during the mornings as I usually close down my store at night 5 days out of the week.

I play whenever I'm bored LOL, but mostly right now during afk sessions on Mabi (during the afternoons and evenings 3pm~midnight Pacific) if I don't want to do anything else.
I try to go on at least once a day. I'll add you to msn so we can meet up and add eachother to the hearty list XD
